Whiskers in a Winter Wonderland

Come celebrate the Paw-liday Season in your best holiday outfits at the Ottawa Humane Society! The OHS has put together a snowy event for the animals and you are invited.
Activities will include face painting, dog greeting, character meet and greets, crafts and more!
This exciting event will be held on Sunday, Dec. 17th from 1 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Tickets are $2 per person or $5 per family (up to 3 kids). Tickets can be purchased in advance or on-site on the day of the event. Tickets are non-refundable.
The OHS will be collecting in-kind donations during the event. In return for your thoughtful gifts, some of the worlds finest superheroes have come to say their thanks and take photos! Whiskers in a Winter Wonderland activities will include:
- Winter Wonderland Passport
- Holiday Photos and Animal Gift Giving with The League of Superheroes
- “Gingerbread House” perch box decorating for the shelter
- Holiday Cheer for Foster Volunteers – Bag Decorating
- Adoption centre viewing (cat gallery, rabbitat, dog pods)
- Frosty the Snowman’s Snowball Toss
- Kid and Youth Drawing Contest (Kids Ages 4-6, Kids Ages 7-10, Youth Ages 11-16)
- Learn how to greet a dog with one of the OHS Program Dogs
- Hot Chocolate and Cookie Station
- Festive Face Paint
- And more!
