We ‘woof’ you happy holidays from the OHS! Celebrate the holiday season with the Ottawa Humane Society at our Critter Christmas family event! The event will be held at the Ottawa Humane Society (245 West Hunt Club Road), on Sunday, Dec. 11 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Family-friendly activities will include:dog and cat laying under christmas themed blanket with christmas tree and lights in background

  • Cookie decorating;
  • Holiday Treat Hunt (with prizes);
  • OHS Giving Tree;
  • Holiday-themed crafts;
  • Volunteer dog meet-and-greet;
  • Face-painting;
  • Holiday family photo booth; and,
  • Refreshments and treats.

 

OHS Giving Tree

The animals need your support!

Get into the spirit of giving with the OHS Giving Tree! We invite families to bring in supplies, treats, toys and other items for Ottawa’s animals and place them under the OHS Giving Tree! Children will also have the opportunity to make treats, toys, and greeting cards for the animals to decorate the tree!

Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
