The Ottawa Humane Society has been a leader in animal welfare since 1888. We’re currently looking for passionate and results-oriented Full Time Director: Strategic Initiatives to join our senior leadership team as we launch an aggressive new strategic plan to support our community!

WHAT WE OFFER YOU
Salary: $111,000 to $134,000

What you bring to the table
- Post-secondary school degree or diploma in a related field – business degree preferred
- Significant demonstrated experience with the implementation of technology solutions
- A minimum of 8 years’ relevant progressive experience in strategy consulting
- A minimum of 4 years’ leadership experience
- Demonstrated excellent strategic and critical thinking skills and business acumen
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and significant experience with databases and technology applications
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required
