As the Manager: Training and Development you will support our hard-working team to be the best that they can be an help Ottawa’s homeless animals!
WHAT WE OFFER YOU:
Salary: $67,639 to $74,679 annually.

Schedule:
- Full-time position working 37.5 hours per week

What you bring to the table:
- Post-secondary school degree, diploma or certificate in a related field
- Significant experience in adult training, education or a related field
- Formal knowledge in learning theories and training methodologies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms highly preferred
- Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English
- Bilingualism (English/French) is preferred
