Senior Manager: Major Gifts & Campaign
The Ottawa Humane Society is seeking a senior fundraising professional to lead the Major Gifts and Campaign team of two to three full time fundraisers. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer and working closely with OHS leadership, the Senior Manager, Major Gifts & Campaign is a key member of the Development Department’s management team, growing the OHS’s major gifts program and executing the $12 million capital campaign.

Salary: $95,203 to $105,112 annually.

What you bring to the table
- Post-secondary school degree, diploma or certificate in a related field – fundraising preferred
- A minimum of 5 years’ management experience
- A minimum of 5 years’ fundraising experience developing customized donor relationship strategies to secure multi-year gifts and pledges, supporting best practices with data and reporting
- MPNL or CFRE is an asset
- Experience working with board and/or cabinet volunteers in fundraising efforts preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM database, Raiser’s Edge NXT preferred
- Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English is required
