The wage range for customer service representative: intake is $20.32 – $24.72 per hour.

This is a part time position scheduled for 14.5 hours or 36 hours biweekly based on availability and organizational need to cover for vacation and sick days. Shifts typically are on evenings and weekends.

Who is the customer service representative: intake

The customer service representative is someone who enjoys working directly with the community to make sure animals in need can get the care they need.

The customer service representative is someone who likes helping others, whether that’s helping a family navigate the decision to give up a pet, helping a lost pet find its way home, or helping their team stay organized.

The customer service representative is tenacious and ready to explore all options to help an animal find their way home.
