How to Buy: Scroll down to find a program you’re interested in and click the link for more information about the program. When you’re ready, click the “Purchase Certificate” button for the program to buy a certificate. Once purchased, you’ll reach a confirmation page and receive an email that will allow you to download the certificate.
How to Redeem: The person who receives the gift certificate can use it for any program linked to their coupon, and there is no expiry! Their certificate will include a link to all the programs they can use it on, with new sessions becoming available throughout the year. When they find a program date that works for them, they will simply register for the session using the code on the gift certificate.

OHS Behaving Buddies group workshops help teach you and your dog how to overcome common unwanted behaviours. These single-session workshops are taught by professional OHS dog trainers. JUNIOR TRAINERS GIFT CERTIFICATE
If you know a child aged 9 to 14 who has a social dog at home, this is the gift for them! This training class is designed for kids to work with their own dog and an OHS trainer on a series of exercises to teach basic manners, neat tricks and fun games. PD Day Camps are a great opportunity for children to visit the OHS, learn about animal welfare and have fun while interacting with animals! Campers can expect a variety of interactive and educational activities, which may include presentations, guest speakers, animal interactions, enrichment crafts, themed games and more. BEHIND-THE-SCENES TOUR GIFT CERTIFICATE
OHS tour groups will gain a detailed understanding of how our shelter works through a guided tour led by an OHS attendant. Every tour is unique and adapted to the group, but guests can always expect to see many of the animals in our care and see parts of the shelter not usually available to the public! Refund Policy: There are no refunds for gift certificates.
If the receiver of the certificate is not available for the program dates that are currently posted, the certificate has no expiry and can be held onto for future sessions times.
If the receiver does not qualify for the program or wishes to use the gift certificate towards a program not listed on the certificate, they may reach out to us using the email provided on the certificate. We’ll be happy to assist them in transferring the value to another outreach program of their choice.
